This letter of intent does not apply to a general salary increase or lump sum payment for a settlement agreement negotiated after August 31, 2018. 14.3.1 To the extent that the date of summons or examination is one school day, a teacher is entitled to one day leave for each of the following points: 6.1 ETP Definition: As of September 1, 2017, the VZP is determined by the ratio of the teacher`s annual effective teaching time to the teacher`s teaching time. Leave may begin at another time if the school court has agreed. 9.1.2 The process of teacher professional growth, including interviews between teacher and head of school on professional growth plans, will continue. 13.4 During this secondment, the school court retains the teacher`s normal salary, applicable allowances and contributions required by the collective agreement and provides legal dues on behalf of the teacher. The association reimburses the school court for all payments made by the school court to the teacher or on his behalf during the secondment in accordance with this clause. 3.1.2 Teachers must have their salaries transferred directly to their bank for deposit.
Staff must have an account for a direct down payment. The provisions of this clause also apply to substitute teachers. 8.1.1 From 1 September 2017, teacher teaching time will be limited to 907 hours per school year from the 2017/18 school year.
