The buyer does not guarantee or guarantee the availability, quality, quantity or any other aspect of goods or services purchased by the Seller and provided by the Seller as a result of the agreement. The seller frees the buyer and the business and retains any responsibility for the quality, quantity, acceptance, collection or non-collection and delivery of goods or services acquired by the Seller from the Seller, as well as any other aspect of the transaction that is not explicitly mentioned. Compensation extends to all costs, damages, losses or other losses, direct or indirect, that may be generated by the seller as a result of the seller`s purchase of goods or services. In addition, the seller considers the buyer and the company to be responsible for all the seller`s obligations to the seller and the remedy for such an infringement. 3 to acquire the amount purchased immediately after the start of the processing trial. If the buyer decides to buy what has been purchased, all of the money the buyer receives as part of the processing check before the purchase price is paid is applied in order to reduce the amount purchased. There is no justification for an obligation on behalf of the purchaser to acquire future claims and the buyer expressly reserves the right not to purchase the purchase and not to pay the purchase price to the seller. If the buyer decides not to buy the purchase and not pay the purchase price, this contract will have no additional effect and the buyer will return to the seller all cash payments received by the buyer as part of the processing check. 2.9 Excess cash. If the amount of Andean product transferred to the buyer under this agreement exceeds the amount purchased by at least $50.00 (this surplus is the excess of at least $50.00), the buyer will pay this excess cash payment to the seller within 30 (30) days of receipt by the buyer. If the cash surplus is less than $50.00, the buyer will pay these excess cash to the seller within thirty (30) days of receiving a written request from the Seller, provided that such a request is made within 90 days of receiving this excess money. The buyer is not required to take action (including against a processor) regarding the species held by a processor that becomes Excess Cash as soon as it is paid by that processor to the buyer before receiving this excess cash payment by the buyer, and that the processor assumes no responsibility to the seller for excess cash confidence on terms.
The provisions of this Agreement are agreed in favour of the seller, owner, buyer and processor and, notwithstanding the fact that the processor is not a party to this agreement, it can rely on the terms of that agreement and file it as a defence in any legal action.
